Completely. You only pay once you become a client, and then it is 20% excluding VAT on the accommodation income that actually comes in. No booking, no fee.

Do I have to work with you afterwards?

No. You get the report and that is where it ends, unless you get in touch yourself. There is no obligation attached.

I already have a manager. Is it still useful?

Certainly. You see in black and white what your property does today and what it could do. What you do with that is up to you.

My property is not online yet. Is that a problem?

No. We base the projection on comparable properties in your town and tell you what is needed to start.
