My property is not online anywhere. Can I still request an audit?

Yes. We base the projection on comparable properties in your town and tell you what is needed to start.

Do I have to sort out the registration myself first?

No, we do that. We work out which regime applies to your property, file the paperwork and put the registration number in your listings.

What if my property does not meet fire safety rules?

Then we say so honestly and explain what needs to happen. We do not rent out properties without a valid registration.

Do I have to refurnish the whole place?

Usually not. After the walkthrough we tell you what is really missing. Often it comes down to linen, lighting and a few practical things, not a renovation.

What if I want to sell the property later?

Then you cancel monthly, without penalty. The listing is on your account, so you take your reviews with you.

Do I pay tax on the income?

Yes, rental income is taxable. We provide your monthly report and the underlying figures so your accountant can work with them. We do not give tax advice ourselves.
