No fixed fee. You pay 20% (VAT included) of the net rental income that actually comes in. No booking, no fee.

Do I pay anything to start?

No. Only if you need new photos or listings there is the optional Launch Pack of 650 euro.

I already have a good listing. Do I need to change anything?

No. We become co-host on your existing listing, your guests notice nothing and you keep all your reviews.

Do you visit often?

No, almost everything happens remotely. Our regular cleaners and handyman are on site and send photos after every turnover.

Does my home stay in my name?

Cancel monthly with 30 days notice, free of charge, plus the walk-away guarantee after 90 days.
